Terms of Service

Welcome to Retrolog! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

1. License

Retrolog is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the app’s operation or security
• Misuse content or features provided by the app
• Distribute, sell, or transfer the app or any part of it without permission

3. User Content

You may create retrospective boards and export them as PDFs. You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not violate laws or the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system and managed through RevenueCat.
• All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Disclaimer

Retrolog is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the app immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bursa, Türkiye.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Retrolog means you accept the new terms.
